iTNT Hub's seed fund for deep-tech and emerging-tech startups in Tamil Nadu, including AI/ML. It invests at pre-seed, seed and pre-Series A stage through equity or compulsorily convertible preference shares.

Private limited company registered in Tamil Nadu (30 days allowed to convert)
Works on new products or processes with strong job or wealth potential
Not formed by splitting or rebuilding an existing business, and not a subsidiary or joint venture
Indian startup with at least 51% held by Indian promoters
