Promote your AI event in Tamil Nadu, free.
Students, college clubs, communities, startups and companies can list AI events on theTN.ai at no cost. Each event gets its own page that people, search engines and AI assistants can find.

What your event gets
- Its own page
A permanent page at thetn.ai/events/your-event/ with the date, venue, organiser, cost and your registration link.
- Made for search engines
Each page carries the event details in the format Google and other search engines read (schema.org Event). It goes into our sitemap, and we notify search engines the day it goes live.
- Easy for AI assistants to quote
Each page opens with one plain sentence: what, where, when and who runs it. Upcoming events are also listed in our guide for AI tools (llms.txt) and our open data.
- In the Tamil Nadu AI calendar
Your event appears in the events calendar by city, type and date, and in the calendar people can subscribe to in Google Calendar or their phone.
- In the Monday email
Our "Open this week" email every Monday lists the events starting in the next 10 days.
- Reminders for your audience
Visitors can add it to their calendar in one tap, or ask us to email them 3 days before it starts.
- A social media poster
Events sent through the form get a theTN.ai poster for Instagram and LinkedIn, posted once the listing is live.
- Hub badges for students
For a listed event in one of the seven hub cities, ask us for a check-in code to show at the event. Students who enter it collect that city's Hub badge.
How it works
- 1Send the form
Name, date, city, who runs it, who it is for, a few lines on what happens, and the link to your event page.
- 2We check it
A person compares it with your event page. The date and venue must be printed there. We may shorten the description.
- 3It goes live
Once the editor approves it, the page, calendar entry and listings appear on thetn.ai within minutes.
- 4Share your page
Use your theTN.ai link in posters, WhatsApp groups and social posts. Every share points people to the same checked details.
Who can list
- Students, student teams and college clubs
- Colleges, universities and research labs
- Communities and meetup groups
- Startups, companies and incubators
- Government bodies and non-profits
What we don't list
- Events that are not about AI, data or a closely linked technology
- Events without a public page that shows the date and venue
- Sales pitches presented as events
- Anything in exchange for money: we never sell listings or placement

How can I promote my AI event in Tamil Nadu for free?
Send it through the form at https://thetn.ai/events/submit/. If it is about AI and has a public event page showing the date and venue, theTN.ai lists it free: its own page, a place in the Tamil Nadu AI events calendar, and the Monday "Open this week" email.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no fee, and we never take payment to list, rank or feature an event. Events are shown in date order.
Can students list a college hackathon, workshop or club event?
Yes. College clubs, departments and student teams are welcome, as long as the event is about AI and is open to people outside the club. The person sending the form must be 18 or older; a student under 18 can ask a teacher or club coordinator to send it.
What kinds of events do you list?
Conferences, summits, hackathons, meetups, workshops and festivals about AI, data or closely linked technology, held in Tamil Nadu or online for people in Tamil Nadu. Free and paid events are both fine; we show the cost.
Will my event show up on Google or ChatGPT?
We make each event page easy for them to find and read: structured event data, a sitemap entry, a same-day notice to search engines, and a plain one-sentence summary. Google, ChatGPT and other services decide what they show, so nobody can promise a place in their results.
What do I need before I send it?
A public page for the event that shows the date and venue, such as your website, college site, or a page on Unstop, Devfolio, Luma or Meetup. We copy the date exactly as that page prints it.
How long does it take?
Every event is checked by hand before it is listed, so send it at least a week before the event if you can.
Can I change or remove my listing?
Yes. Email editor@thetn.ai from the address you used in the form and tell us what changed. If the date changes, update your event page first, since that is what we check against.
