For now it is run by StudAI Edutech Private Limited, founded by our Chief Editor, Paul Jeevanesan, and will move to its own entity. StudAI One has no part in this programme. Disclosures
No student, faculty or college data goes to StudAI One or anyone else without the person's permission. Partners pay nothing, now or later.

- Name one faculty coordinator, with an official email.
- Share the student signup link with your students once a term.
- Send us your AI events and results as they happen.
- Nominate up to three Campus Correspondents, all 18 or older. Each confirms by email before anything is published with their name.
- Confirm a student project is real before we publish it. We check the facts.

Questions HoDs ask
Is theTN.ai approved by AICTE or Anna University?
No. theTN.ai is an independent website about AI in Tamil Nadu. It is not a government site and not approved by any university or regulator. A Campus Partnership is an agreement between your department and theTN.ai.
Does it cost anything?
No, now or later. Partner departments never pay for the page, the posters, the reports or the certificates.
Do we need the principal's approval?
The agreement can be signed by the Principal or the Head of Department; if the HoD signs, the Principal should have approved it. We send a one-page note for the Principal, and the editor can meet them once before you sign.
Can we use this for NAAC or NBA?
You get a dated activity report with links to every item published from your campus. Whether an assessor counts it is their decision.
What if a student sends something false?
theTN.ai checks every fact before publishing. The faculty coordinator only confirms that the student and the project are real.
Will you sell anything to our students?
No. The programme sells nothing, and no student data goes to any company, including StudAI One, without the student's permission.
Will you rank our college?
Never. theTN.ai does not rank or score colleges or departments.
